Going forward, we recommend all orders that are urgent and need to be delivered in a timely manner go through UPS until further notice. If you place an order and select USPS Priority Mail as your selected method, please be aware that your package may not be delivered for another 1-2 weeks or longer, given this current state of the Postal Service. 

Despite these delays, any orders that are placed and are selected to ship via USPS are guaranteed go out within (1) business day if the order is placed after 11 AM, barring holiday hours or weekends.; USPS orders that are placed prior to 11 AM should be shipped out on the same business day.

We always update your order with the tracking information once they are completed, but if you do not receive these updates through the e-mail you chose to use at the time of your checkout, do not hesitate to contact us in regards to the status of your package.

As COVID-19 continues to disrupt the ordinary ways of our everyday lives, we at Melrose want to ensure our customers that we are continually adhering to the guidelines of both the CDC and WHO in regards to keeping the workplace and our operations sanitary for the sake of the safety of our staff and customers alike.
